2022 Business Awards Finalists Announced

The East Staffordshire & South Derbyshire Business Awards are now in their 12th year and have gone from strength to strength.

They are overseen by a Steering Committee consisting of representatives from the two partner councils and several of the sponsors. The Steering Committee are responsible for reviewing all entries and selecting the finalists in each of the categories.

The 2022 Awards closed for entries on 23rd Sept, and the Steering Committee have now met to review all submissions across the 11 categories. 2022 was a record year in terms of the number of entries, which is great to see and a reflection on the buoyant nature of business in general across our regions.

The quality of the entries was also outstanding. The Committee took the whole day to review entries and select the finalists for each category. These are listed opposite, and we congratulate them on reaching this next stage.

Judges will now visit each of the finalists to further understand their successes and provide supplementary information for the Steering Committee, who meet again in late October.

All of the finalists have been invited to the Gala Awards Evening, which is being held on Thursday 10th November at the Pirelli Stadium in Burton. This will be a sell-out event, with the Winners for each category announced.
